At Collective Thoughts, I understand that starting counselling can feel daunting. Many clients often feel stressed or uncertain about the costs involved. Our aim is to provide clear and accessible information, ensuring you feel supported from the outset. Payments are required before the session. You will be sent a Stripe receipt 48 hours before your appointment. Here at Collective Thoughts, cancellations are required 48 hours before the booked session. Unfortunately, any session cancelled after this period will incur the full charge.
