Supervision

At Collective Thoughts, I offer comprehensive supervision services for counsellors both in person and via Zoom. Supervision is designed to support your professional development and enhance the quality of your counselling practice.

Areas of Counselling Supervision

I provide integrative supervision to trainee counsellors and qualified counsellors. I integrate a variety of modalities within supervision and am trained as an Integrative Supervisor. My approach ensures you receive the support you need, tailored to your specific needs and the complexities of your practice.

Benefits of Supervision with Collective Thoughts

Experience the advantages of working with a seasoned supervisor who values continued learning and a strong working alliance. I am experienced and regularly update my knowledge base. I am approachable and calm and recognise the value of developing a good working alliance. My supportive and insightful guidance will help you navigate challenges and grow as a counsellor.

Our Unique Approach to Supervision

We use the seven-eyed model of supervision, which takes into consideration the following:

The Client, the supervisee—client relationship and processes, the relationship between supervisee and supervisor and processes, and the wider perspectives. This holistic perspective ensures comprehensive support and guidance, allowing you to better understand your practice.

Qualifications & Experience

I undertook the level 6 Diploma in Integrative Supervision at the Grove in London. This advanced training, combined with extensive experience in counselling, makes me well-equipped to provide you with exceptional supervision.
